The Lymm Symphonia Orchestra
The Lymm Symphonia Orchestra are back for the fourth year raising money for the Arthritis Research Campaign. This year's "Classics in the Spring" will be at the new venue of the Hexagon Theatre at Lymm High School. The programme will include Brahms, Britten and Beethoven's Violin Concerto in D played by John Recek.

Bridgewater Players, performing its next play - Sleepers Awake
"Set during the Cold War, Sleepers Awake is a comedy in the best traditions of British farce. Ron and Jenny Rainbow are a comfortable middle-aged couple, whose only current cause for concern is arranging and financing their daughter Sharon's wedding........until that is they receive a visit from the Electricity and the Gas Board men. Are these gentlemen who they say they are and are they here to fix the wiring and the cooker........or do they have a rather more sinister motive? Will the Rainbows have more on their hands than sorting out the Wham Bam disco?!!

Rotary Club of Lymm - Charity Concert of Popular Classics
In aid of the Christie Hospital and Northwest Air Ambulance to be held at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. 7.30 pm start.

Starring International tenor Martin Toal, soprano Suzy McGrath, Richard Sanderson, fiddler ex Lord of the Dance, Trafford Philharmonic Orchestra and choir, Compered by John Stalker. (Hear Martin sing at Wembley, prior to the Bobby Moore Memorial Match, on Saturday 26th of April)

Lymm District Lions sponsored walk
This year the profits from the walk will be donated to Lupus. The walk will follow the route of the Bridgwater Canal.

There are two starting points, the first one being at The Watch House, Stretford and the second one at the Bay Malton. The walk finishes at The Bridgwater Club in Lymm where there will be a free buffet lunch for all walkers who have registered with us.

Lymm Lions Charity Golf Day
The event is supported by both corporate and individual teams. All profits from the day are distributed to local charities and organisations.

This is a Stableford competition. There is a shotgun start at 1pm and following the day's golf there is a dinner and entertainment in the evening .The cost for a team of 4 for the golf and the dinner is £200. There are always excellent prizes to be won.

Lymm Jubilee Gardening Club
This popular club has a wide range of excellent speakers at the monthly meetings, and also, during the summer months, there are organised coach trips to some of the wonderful gardens featured in the ‘Yellow Book’ and an annual trip to Holland. Last year we even enjoyed a trip to ‘Highgrove’.
