TWO men have appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court charged with the murder of 64-year-old Lymm man Alan Holt Bell.
William Collins, aged 35, of Rushgreen Road and his stepson Gary Collins, aged 21, also of Rushgreen Road, are also charged with burglary.
Collins wife, Angela, aged 41, who is Gary's mother, and also from Rushgreen Road, appeared in court charged with assisting an offender.
They will appear at Warrington Crown Court on March 30.
Another defendant, a 47-year-old man from Manchester, will appear before Warrington Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with assisting an offender.
Mr Bell was found dead at his home address in Rushgreen Road last month.
